SIGNATURE SELLS 28,820 SQUARE FEET OF HI-TECH SPACE IN ORION TWP., MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—February 21, 2019— Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 28,820 square feet of hi-tech space located at 250 Kay Industrial Drive, Orion Twp., Michigan.

Kris Pawlowski of Signature Associates represented both the seller, MSJ Properties, LLC, and the purchaser, Kay Automotive Graphics. John Boyd and Paul Hoge, also of Signature Associates, represented the seller and the purchaser respectively. Kay Automotive Graphics, a neighboring owner, bought this property as an investment.

Previously, Signature sold this building to MSL Properties, LLC and leased it for them when their company relocated.
