SIGNATURE SELLS 13,464 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE IN BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—January 31, 2019— Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 13,464 square feet of office space located at 44 Long Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Mark Woods, Erica Dunlap, Angela Thomas, Nicole Voisard, Griffin Pitcher, and Luke Timmis of Signature Associates represented the seller, Lau & Lau Associates, LLC, in the sale to the purchaser, Agree Limited Partnership.

Lau & Lau is a 50 year-old firm specializing in private wealth services and corporate benefit solutions. Signature also represented Lau & Lau in their lease negotiations for their new headquarter location at Stoneridge I in Bloomfield Hills.
