SIGNATURE LEASES 9,700 SQUARE FEET OF INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN WARREN, MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—May 19, 2021— Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 9,700 square feet of industrial space located at 24722 Forterra, Warren, Michigan.

Ben Wilkiemeyer and Paul Saad of Signature Associates represented both the landlord, Forterra Drive Ventures, LLC, and the tenant, Digigraphx Co. Paul Hoge also of Signature Associates, represented the landlord.
