SIGNATURE LEASES 254,625 SQUARE FEET OF INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN ROMULUS, MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—August 7, 2020— Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 254,625 square feet of industrial space located at 36663 Van Born Road, Romulus, Michigan to the new tenant, Scotts.
