SIGNATURE LEASES 16,050 SQUARE FEET OF INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN ROCHESTER HILLS, MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—April 24, 2019— Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 16,050 square feet of industrial space located at 2932 Waterview Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan to new tenant Seojin System Vina Company, Ltd. This lease represents the first Michigan location for Seojin System Vina.
