GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN—May 25, 2022— Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 1,256 square feet of retail space located at 900 Michigan Street NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan to Method Salon, LLC.

Joe Rizqallah of Signature Associates represented the landlord, 900 Michigan NE, LLC. The tenant has been in business for 3 years and decided to expand and relocate to a better neighborhood. The landlord has been a client for 3 years and worked with Signature during the construction/remodel phase of the property.
