SIGNATURE ASSOCIATES WELCOMES TWO NEW MEMBERS

Signature Associates is pleased to announce two new team members to the Investment Division, Cade Kozlowski and Jackie Bonnell. Cade started at Signature Associates as an intern for the Investment Division’s Sale-Leaseback Team in 2019 and has also gained experience on the principal side as a summer analyst for Crestlight Capital, a private real estate investment firm. A graduate from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University (MSU), Cade was a member of the Honors College, Financial Institute, and President of the Alternative Investments Group.

 
Jackie Bonnell joins the Investment Division as the Marketing Coordinator where her creative and organizational skillsets have proven to be a significant benefit to the Sale-Leaseback Team’s process. She began her career at Signature Associates as an intern for the Marketing & Market Research Team where she learned the ins and outs of the marketing process. Also, a graduate from the Eli Broad College of Business at MSU, Jackie graduated with honors and a minor in graphic design and was a member of the MSU Marketing Association and Women in Business.
