SIGNATURE ASSISTS GLEANERS WITH EXPANDING THEIR OPERATIONS IN TAYLOR, MICHIGAN
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—January 14, 2021— Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 180,986 square feet of industrial space located at 21405 Trolley Industrial Drive, Taylor, Michigan to Gleaners Community Food Bank.
Chris Monsour of Signature Associates represented Gleaners, and Brad Viergever, Paul Hoge, and Angela Thomas, also of Signature Associates, represented the seller, A & J Must Company, LLC.
Gerry Brisson, Gleaners’ president and CEO reached out to Signature to assist them in finding a new location for their expanding operations. We were quickly able to locate one of our client’s buildings that perfectly matched Gleaners’ criteria and completed the deal quickly so the food bank could continue to grow seamlessly. In early 2020, Signature also assisted Forgotten Harvest, helping them sign a deal for 10 acres in Oak Park where they have since broken ground on a 77,000 square foot building. Signature has been a longtime supporter of Gleaners and Forgotten Harvest through volunteering and donating throughout the years and were honored to be able to facilitate both of their expansions so they can continue to assist our communities!
