Crescent Academy charter school has signed a lease to occupy the majority of Lahser Center II in Southfield, Michigan. Following a build-out period, the academy will move into 66,000 square feet of space in the fall of 2025.
Located at 26200 Lahser Road, the Lahser Center is owned by Foster Financial Co. The property consists of two office buildings totaling 70,548 square feet. The site is surrounded by business districts, including Southfield Town Center. The surrounding area includes retail hubs with dining, shopping and entertainment options.
Property amenities include a lobby, shared conference room, grab-and-go market, and a keyless fob entry system. There is new carpet, paint and LED lighting for the suites and monument signage for tenants.
Representing the building’s landlord, Matt Schiffman of P.A. Commercial said, “Creative office conversions such as this are exactly what the oversaturated office market needed.”
