Charley Henneghan specializes in investment sale transactions, with a primary focus on multi-family properties. A two-time recipient of the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award, Charley joined Signature Associates in 2024, where he founded the Multi-Family Division within Signature’s Investment Sales Team. Previously, Charley served as Director for the Great Lakes Investment Sales Team at Berkadia, focusing on the sale, refinance, and recapitalization of multi-family assets across the Midwest.

With more than $6 billion in completed multi-family transactions, Charley is known for his leadership, extraordinary work ethic, and instinctive drive. He excels in building lasting client relationships and distinguishes himself as a key team player.
