Signature Associates

Caitlin joins Signature Associates after previously living in Chicago for 11 years. While in Chicago, Caitlin worked as an onsite Assistant Property Manager in a high-rise condominium located in an up and coming Chicago neighborhood. She then made the transition to commercial property management and started working for a REIT, Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) as a Regional Property Manager.

During her time at Acadia she was responsible for managing high-end retail, neighborhood strip centers, suburban shopping centers, residential apartments and small niche office spaces. Her portfolio totaled over 800,000 square feet across four states. Caitlin’s approachable nature, attention to detail and strong professional drive make her an excellent property manager who cares about the property as if it were her own.
