As founding broker and Director of the Retail Division, with over 30 years of experience, Bruce specializes in representing retailers, landlords, developers, and investors in the sale and leasing of freestanding properties, strip centers, land, investment and development opportunities. He combines his extensive industry knowledge, relationships, earnest work ethic, and ultimate drive to succeed with Signature Associates’ many resources, which has resulted in more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
