John brings extensive experience in commercial real estate management to Signature, where he is responsible for overseeing the property management of the Toledo, Ohio properties. Additionally, John has taken on the management of newly acquired properties in the Southeastern Michigan market from the Butler family. His portfolio includes a diverse mix of retail, office, and industrial properties.

With a robust background in retail property management from his previous role at Center Management, John is well-equipped to tackle the challenges of this new territory. Over a 15-year career at Center Management, a Birmingham, Michigan-based commercial real estate development and leasing company, he held various key positions including Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Sales Leasing Associate, and Project Development Manager. His comprehensive experience encompasses leasing vacant properties, managing tenant relationships, and overseeing projects such as tenant buildouts and new lease constructions.

He is deeply rooted in his community and actively contributes as a youth baseball and football coach. In his personal time, John enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, and boating.
