SIGNATURE SELLS 13,812 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE IN JENISON, MICHIGAN

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN—August 17, 2020— Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of a 13,812 square foot office building located at 501 Baldwin Street, Jenison, Michigan.

Joe Rizqallah of Signature Associates represented the seller, Huntington National Bank, and the purchaser, 501 Baldwin, LLC. The purchaser is currently working on multiple transactions with Signature Associates. He felt our evaluation was fair and accurate, we were aggressive in action, and now we’re buying more property. He’s been a client for over four years and we are selling multiple assets. We have a great, long-standing relationship with him.
